Using biological enzymes as catalysts, mixing acrylonitrile, water and biological catalysts into a hydration solution, and separating the catalyst after the catalytic reaction to obtain acrylamide products. Compared with the chemical method, the conversion rate of acrylonitrile is higher, basically reaching 100%, no side reactions, no ion exchange, simpler separation and refining operation, no need for thickening operation, simpler operation process, less equipment investment, and high production efficiency , It is especially suitable for producing high-viscosity and ultra-high molecular weight polyacrylamide.
