Recently, many customers mentioned in the telephone consultation that sludge sticks to the filter cloth when the sludge is removed by the belt filter press, which prevents the dehydration effect. The final treatment of sewage treatment is sludge dewatering, which can be simply understood as the muddy sludge in the mud is quickly flocculated and clumped by adding polyacrylamide (referred to as PAM flocculant), and then passed through the filter cloth of the belt filter press. Nearly 90% of the water oozes out for reuse or discharge, and the dewatered sludge can be directly landfilled or mixed with coal for incineration.
